Tetonia Blossom
Founder of Regarding You Mindful Care
Tetonia Blossom is a mindfulness facilitator, author,a nd creative experience host who has guided individuals and organizations through practical mindfulness and self-care practices.
Through retreats, workshops, and community gatherings, she creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience creativity as a form of mindful care.
Gather and Create is her newest vision – a creative studio designed to bring creativity, connection, and calm to the Maricopa community.
